Product Support and Training

Some customers purchase our products for use in their own development projects and seek only occasional support as and when the need arises. To this end we provide the following services:

• Training in the use of the Quest Web Parts for SharePoint (Basic Training 2 days, Advanced Training 1 day)

• "Get you started" development services, usually featuring a 5 or 10-day proof of concept project featuring the Quest Web Parts.  This is intended to start you on your way, demonstate basic techniques such as RDB emulation, Roll-Ups, Graph Drill-Down, Many-to-Many data structures, etc..., and give you confidence to make fast headway yourself.

• Training in the use of Nintex Workflow (2 days).

• Training in the use of Skelta Workflow (5 days)

• Workflow Development services.  Sketch out your required workflow and let us build and test it for you using Nintex or Skelta.  Do the first 2 or 3 this way and you may prefer to do the rest yourself.  Alternatively, you may decide that it's cheaper and quicker to outsource your workflow development.  Either way, we're here to help.

• Coveo Search Installation and Indexation Planning and Configuration  (0.5 - 1.0 day depending on volume and complexity)

• Training in the use of Coveo G2B enterprise search system (0.5 day)

• Training in the use of Quest Site Administrator for SharePoint (Webinar, 2 hours), and Quest Recovery Manager for SharePoint (Webinar, 2 hours)

Migration Services

For Notes users considering a review of the cost of ownership of their existing systems, migrating to SharePoint can present a more cost effective alternative.  The migration process involves porting data into a SharePoint template as near as possible to the architecture of the originating application, followed by reconstitution of the key operation features of the original application. Quest have developed a data migration tools to assist in this process:  Quest Notes Migrator for SharePoint.   We provide the following services for Notes users:
