The Office 365 Plans

There are functionality/pricing plans to suit all user categories: Price/user/mth
Plan 1 Or "P". This plan is intended for Professional and Small Businesses.  It is a base level offering and includes access to: Online versions of Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote), Email with Exchange Online, which you can access using either Outlook Web Access or your familiar Outlook client (2007 or 2010), Web site creation using SharePoint Online with the ability to store data in Access Online and Instant messaging and online meetings with Lync. $6/£4
E1 Intended for mid-sized and large enterprises.  E1 provides everything in Plan 1, plus: Active Directory support and integration, Rights to use SharePoint Server, Lync and Exchange Server on-premise, Anti-virus, anti-spam filtering for Email and sites and Forefront for Exchange. $10/£6.50
E2 As Plan 1 and E1, plus: view, edit and share documents between Office client apps and Office 365 online apps. $16/£10.50
E3 As Plan 1, E1 and E2, plus: Additional Office apps included in Office Professional Plus (Publisher, Access, InfoPath, Communicator, SharePoint Workspace), rich forms, Visio services, Access services, advanced Email archiving, unlimited Email storage, hosted voicemail. $24/£15.75
E4 As P1,E1-E3, plus: Full enterprise voice capabilities on-premises with Lync Server on-premises $27/£17.75
K1 Intended for mid-sized and large enterprises with kiosk-style shared workstations. K1 offers web-based access to Email, contacts, calendars and the company's directory, all using Outlook Web Access, Access to web site via SharePoint Online, 500MB of Email storage and view access to documents. $4/£2.75
K2 As K1, plus the ability to edit documents online. $10/£6.50
