Quest release version 5.0 of the Quest Web Parts for SharePoint

June 2009: Quest Software have release version 5.0 of its acclaimed Quest Web Parts for SharePoint.  Now containing 18 web parts the product was always intended to be primarily a maintenance release for the benefit of existing customers, but still Quest has been able to extend the product in the areas of Discussions, Charting and Systems Integration.  SQL Server and Oracle connectors are now included allowing SharePoint to front complex relational databases or integrate with legacy systems.  New charting components using the Fusion graphics engine have been introduced and a very easy to use discussions display, all this and numerous bug fixes.
