Support & Consultancy |
Support
Support is an
important part of our business and not
just in the formal sense. We do
offer traditional support agreements for
our portal implementations, particularly
on the SharePoint, Skelta and Workplace Architects
products. We
also offers on-going support to our
clients following consulting projects
where required.
In addition, like to provide less formal
assistance to our customers in
the form of pointers to
articles, news items and an other
relevant material both on and off-line.

Specification & Selection (ITTs)
InfoStrata Solutions
can help you achieve ROI on IT
projects by ensuring the best fit
solution is used. We can aid your
business to faster growth by selection
of appropriate systems right for you.
We begin
the process by documenting your business
requirements in a format potential
suppliers can respond to. Technical
solutions will be detailed where known,
or will otherwise be described in
operational terms enabling suppliers to
suggest appropriate solutions. This
documentation will be used as the basis
for an Invitation to Tender for
potential suppliers.
A number of potential suppliers will be
invited to express interest and submit
preliminary submissions with guideline
prices. A Supplier Proposal proforma
document will be generated and
circulated for this purpose to encourage
all suppliers to respond with
submissions that can be easily
compared. Based on the evaluation of
these submissions, one or more suppliers
may be invited to present their
solutions and may subsequently be
invited to submit detailed quotations.
This process is performed with special
consideration given to the following
client issues:
- Network software and hardware
considerations
- Information Security Management
- Information Access
- Training
Expert guidance with supplier selection
gives you more time to concentrate on
core business and helps to guarantee a
successful project.
